Software outsourcing, end to end

Software outsourcing means handing a project to a team that owns it — scoping, building, testing and shipping — rather than hiring for every role yourself. WizardsLabs delivers that from Buenos Aires, with senior engineers working in your time zone.

You get one accountable team and one point of contact. We take the requirement, put the right people around it, and report progress in whatever cadence your organisation already runs on.

What you get

Discovery and scope
We turn a goal into a plan you can approve: what gets built, in what order, and what it depends on. If the scope is wrong, this is where it gets fixed — before anyone writes code.
Delivery management
A named lead owns the schedule, the risks and the trade-off calls. You are not left to coordinate engineers across a time zone.
Design and engineering
Interface design, application code, APIs and infrastructure, delivered as one workstream rather than handed between disconnected vendors.
Quality assurance
Testing is part of the build, not a phase bolted on at the end. Releases go out with known quality, not hoped-for quality.
Deployment and handover
We ship to your infrastructure and leave you able to run it — documentation, pipelines and a codebase your own team can pick up.

How we work

  1. Free initial consultation

A conversation about what you are trying to build and whether we are the right team for it. No cost, no obligation.

  2. Scope and proposal

We write down the plan — scope, sequence, team shape and commercials — so you are approving something concrete.

  3. Team assembly

Engineers are selected for the specific requirement from our senior network, not assigned from whoever happens to be free.

  4. Build in iterations

Work ships in reviewable increments. You see progress continuously instead of waiting for a reveal at the end.

  5. Launch and support

We deploy, hand over cleanly, and stay available for the period that follows a launch — the part where issues actually surface.

Senior engineers, in your time zone

There is no junior bench here, so there is nobody to rotate onto your work to keep a seat warm. And because the team works from Argentina, you get a full working-day overlap with North America — questions get answered the same day, not the next one.

Common questions

How is outsourcing different from staff augmentation?

Outsourcing means we own delivery: the team, the plan and the outcome are ours to manage. Staff augmentation means you own delivery and we supply senior engineers who work inside your existing team and process. Choose outsourcing when you want a result; choose augmentation when you want capacity.

Who actually works on my project?

Senior engineers, every time. WizardsLabs has no junior bench to keep busy, so there is no one to rotate onto your work to fill a seat. Each engagement is staffed with hand-picked engineers matched to what you are building.

How does the time-zone overlap work?

The team works from Argentina, which sits within one to three hours of US Eastern for most of the year and keeps a full working-day overlap with every North American time zone. Stand-ups, pairing and same-day answers all happen in normal business hours for both sides — not at the edges of the day.

What happens if the scope changes mid-project?

It usually does. We plan in iterations precisely so that a change is a re-prioritisation rather than a renegotiation. Material changes to scope are costed and agreed before they are built, never absorbed silently and discovered at invoicing.

Who owns the code?

You do. All source code, infrastructure configuration and documentation produced for your project are yours, and we hand them over in a state your own engineers can maintain.
